Trinity’s sanctuary space provided seating for 250 in fixed, front facing benches, and is beautiful venue for concerts and recitals, weddings, funerals and memorials, and other public events. The front elevated platform (25 x 15 feet) can be used for small musical ensembles of up to ten performers. A raised pulpit provides space for public speaking. The sanctuary currently houses a concert-quality Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ and two high-quality grand pianos. The room’s acoustics are amazing for concerts and recitals, and includes a sound system with both fixed and wireless microphones. The sanctuary features fine stained glass, including one Tiffany window. A large room on the east side of the sanctuary provides spaces for staging and passage to an accessible bathroom.

Just west of the sanctuary is Trinity's St. Michael's chapel seats, which approximately 35, with access from both the exterior of the church and the sanctuary. The chapel's soft lighting creates a reflective atmosphere for small, private events, such as memorials.
